Being a leader comes with a long list of responsibilities. On an individual level, a leader who seeks to focus on their own personal and professional development is often berated in the long run. On the other hand, a leader that is humble and seeks to achieve collective development of their team and masses is surely praised and remembered by all in the long run. Team performance and guiding fellow team members and stakeholders, all help contribute towards building a charismatic and respected leader.
In addition, deconstructing the true meaning of what being humble meansis also important. It comprises of a range of characteristics, actions, and behavior that lead towards collective progress. Thus, humility and humbleness can be demarcated into the following key pillars. And lastly, it is the ability to welcome new ideas and give them a try. In the evolving world today, coming up with solutions that are altruistic and sustainable matter the most. While somenegative aspects of a solution may be overlooked by many, there may be others who view a concept from a different perspective. This helps add depth and dimension to the tasks being executed.
