You are who you choose to be influenced by. What you are inspired by and who you choose to follow as a mentor tells a lot about who you are as a person. Your choice of a mentor will determine your likeliness to accomplish your dream.

Purpose is your God-given motivation to achieve what I was designed for. Passion is the spark that fuels your motivation and keeps pushing you ahead despite the odds being against you. But it’s not just the purpose that you need to be passionate about. You are also responsible to assist the people around you!

No great revolution can succeed without visionary leadership. The rage, passion, and massive sentiments need to be steered and directed through a compass of vision and morality. A visionary leadership is your beacon of inspiration to guide your way out of the labyrinth of darkness.

Living in an inhomogeneous, culturally diverse society, with people hailing from different backgrounds, conflicts of interest and the clash of ideas is inevitable. In order to sustain peace, mutual respect, and concern, it is essential to establish some mutually acceptable grounds, and foster mutually acceptable communication.

To collaborate is to "multiply the goodness." When intelligent, passionate, and visionary minds collaborate, the outcomes and the probability of achievement increases exponentially. Visionary leaders don’t create followers; they create more leaders.

No matter what "mask" you put on and no matter how good of a show you put on for your friends and peers, if you deprive your family of time, love, and obligations, you will not succeed in the long-run.

Divine ownership, human responsibility, the idea of accountability, and the principle of reward – these are the prime qualities required for a firm and selfless stewardship to God.

Integrity is your moral compass that compels you to do what’s right, even when no one’s watching. It is not something that you can show or flaunt in front of the people - it is how your act behind their back.
